You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Implementing a customer service quality strategy;
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards in all service channels, conducting audits and inspections;
• Coordinating quality research, analyzing results and initiating changes;
• Preparing methodological training materials and conducting training on customer service processes and quality customer service;
• Providing suggestions for improving customer service, processes and products.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,520 to EUR 3,780 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
