Tasks and responsibilities
The main goal is to properly organize and coordinate the work of the cleaning team in order to ensure high-quality and timely provision of services to customers.
In this job, you will take care of organizing the work of the cleaning team (10 - 20 employees) - you will train new employees, create work schedules, fill out a work time sheet, distribute tasks, take care of work tools and equipment, and monitor the quality of the work performed. You will also carefully clarify customer expectations and claims and make the necessary decisions. We clean commercial premises, territories, staircases. Expectations for your competence
