Nature of work
Performs control of the HACCP system, regularly reviews and updates documentation related to the system.
Participates in the activities of HACCP, food safety and other groups related to food safety and quality.
Participates in the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality management systems according to the selected standard model.
Analyzes the HACCP system, food safety and quality management systems, and, if necessary, initiates changes.
Performs HACCP system audits in production units, informs the direct manager about non-conformities and takes measures to eliminate deficiencies.
Is responsible for correct and timely documentation, timely data and reports to interested persons in the company. Works with business management programs implemented in the company.
Analyzes process management methods. Initiates their application in the company.
Organizes training for employees of the production unit.
Is constantly interested in food safety and quality management requirements, innovations in food industry technologies and provides proposals for their application in the company.

Employee requirements
Experience in quality management
Bachelor's degree in technology or production management is preferred
Knowledge of EU food industry legislation requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English
