What will you do?
✔ You will ensure the implementation of the customer service standard and initiate its improvement.
✔ You will analyze customer service quality indicators, results of resident satisfaction surveys and provide insights for decision-making.
✔ You will organize customer service quality assessments and employee performance monitoring.
✔ You will consult and train colleagues on customer service and quality assurance issues.
✔ You will initiate and implement process improvement solutions, apply Lean and other methods of operational efficiency.
✔ You will prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for management and teams.

We hope that you
✅ Have a higher university education.
✅ Have experience in the field of customer service quality, customer experience or satisfaction indicator analysis.
✅ You are familiar with process management and performance improvement methods.
✅ You are able to analyze data, draw conclusions and offer practical solutions.
✅ You are proficient in MS Office tools and are able to prepare professional presentations.
✅ You are proactive, result-oriented and like to collaborate.
