Nature of work
The Quality Assurance Technician at the HELLA Lithuania factory is responsible for:
- Testing products, components, defective parts and proposing solutions to prevent further failures;
- Monitoring the quality of materials, products and equipment used by performing inspections, and if necessary, determining the causes of failures and applying corrective actions;
- Evaluating the readings provided in the production process, such as non-conformity documents, X/R tables, SPC (Statistical Process Control), capacity readings, etc., performing additional tests;
- Implementing measures to reduce the costs of repairing defective parts;
- Training new production employees to ensure the correct completion and management of quality documents (e.g. non-conformity documents, X/R tables, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Higher non-university technical/engineering education (preferably in the field of electronics);
- Several years of experience in repairing electronic components, equipment, and diagnosing their faults;
- Ability to work in three shifts, with a flexible schedule as needed;
- Good computer literacy and good understanding of the English language;
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to work in a team, as well as the ability to concentrate on individual work.

Information about salary
- From 2350 to 2550 EUR (excluding taxes) taking into account your current professional competence and work experience. The salary is reviewed once a year. In addition, you will be entitled to an annual bonus, which will depend on your work results.
