Nature of work:
In this position, you will be responsible for accounting for drivers' business trips and daily administrative support in transport activities.
Main functions:
Main functions:
- Calculating drivers' business trips and managing related documentation;
- Communicating with drivers by phone in English and Russian, providing information and solving problems;
- Preparing and archiving various reports;
- Registering invoices, receipts and other accounting documents;
- Maintaining and controlling fuel accounting;
- Other tasks related to the company's business objectives.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in a transport company (experience in the field of business trip accounting is a great advantage);
- You are fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken);
- You are able to independently plan your work, learn quickly and adapt to new processes;
- You are responsible, attentive to details and are not afraid of daily challenges;
- You have experience working with the Microsoft Navision program (an advantage).
