Business trip coordinator(s)

We are looking for a business trip coordinator for our team in Klaipėda. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing business trips in European Union countries.

Your main tasks:

  • Coordination of employee business trips - purchasing tickets, finding housing;
  • Registration of completed work;
  • Preparation and registration of documents;
  • Filling out the table (working with the BSS program);
  • Summary hourly accounting of working time;
  • Ordering ID06 cards;
  • Providing information to teams.
