Nature of work:
- Organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient work of the production team (~30 employees);
- Ensuring compliance with production processes and quality standards;
- Monitoring production indicators, preparing reports;
- Ensuring the team is provided with the necessary raw materials and work tools;
- Improving the efficiency of production processes;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements.
Requirements
- Ability/knowledge/experience to successfully lead a team of employees;
- Higher/postgraduate education;
- Computer literacy;
- Very good Lithuanian language skills;
- English OR Russian language skills (at least at an intermediate level) - an advantage;
- Leadership, responsibility, desire to improve and develop.
