Your responsibilities:
Motivating and developing the team;
Planning and organizing technological processes to ensure optimal production efficiency;
Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety and occupational safety standards;
Solving daily production problems and responding quickly to emerging situations;
Cooperating with other departments of the company to ensure a smooth work process.

What do we expect from you?
Experience in team management;
Experience in production (experience in the food industry is considered an advantage);
Excellent organizational, teamwork and communication skills;
You have acquired an education related to the food industry (technology, engineering, food safety or similar);
Responsibility, result orientation;
Ability to communicate in a foreign language (Russian and/or English);
Able to work in a shift work schedule (from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am).
