Your responsibilities:

- Team motivation and development;
- Planning and organizing technological processes to ensure optimal production efficiency;
- Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety and occupational health and safety standards;
- Solving daily production problems and responding quickly to emerging situations;
- Collaborating with other departments of the company to ensure a smooth work process.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in team management;
- Experience in production (experience in the food industry is considered an advantage);
- Excellent organizational, teamwork and communication skills;
- You have acquired a food industry-related education (technology, engineering, food safety or similar);
- Responsibility, result orientation;
- Ability to communicate in a foreign language (Russian and/or English);
- Can work in a shift work schedule (from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am).
