About the team leader position:
- You would lead the team, motivate its members to achieve high results;
- You would plan and organize work processes to ensure optimal efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards;
- Solve daily issues;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company to ensure a smooth work process;
- Standardize work and processes;
- Be responsible for employees (meetings, performance evaluation)
- You communicate fluently in English (important).

- You are good at managing your time and setting priorities;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office programs);
- You are very attentive to details and details, and you can see all processes at once;
- You easily take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
