We are looking for a shift manager (QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY COORDINATOR) to join our team.

We are looking for a responsible and growth-oriented specialist who would be responsible for the control, analysis and improvement of the technological process, quality and food safety of the manufactured products.
During your work, you will monitor the quality parameters of the technological process, production efficiency and costs and contribute to the development of the company's integrated food safety and quality management system (IMSKVS).
The position is suitable for both an experienced specialist and a growing professional who has the basics and motivation to deepen their knowledge.

Your responsibilities:
Control and analysis of the technological process, quality and food safety of the manufactured products;
Monitoring and suggestions for improving the quality parameters and production efficiency of the technological process;
Preparation, review and improvement of the IMSKVS documents of the production unit;
Preparation and updating of HACCP programs, procedures, forms, work and sanitation instructions;
Coordination of prepared documents with responsible company employees;
Analysis and application of valid international standards (ISO, BRC, IFS, etc.), EU regulations, Lithuanian legal acts in the company's activities;
Participation in audits of certified products.

Most of the work is related to the management and control of processes and documentation.

WORK PLACE - TELŠIUS

At least a professional bachelor's degree (preferably in the food industry);
Experience in a food production company is desirable (dairy production or quality management is an advantage);
Fluent in MS Office or similar office software;
Ability to work in a team, plan and organize work;
Interest in quality management and food safety innovations;
Knowledge of English, both spoken and written (at least B2 level).

Practical experience in international standards (BRC, IFS, ISO) is an advantage, but not a necessity. We provide training and support. We ensure induction into positions, internal and external training, mentoring and opportunities to grow with the company (to deepen competencies in the areas of quality, food safety or process management).

2500-3100 €/mon. gross
€2,500 gross – salary during the probationary period.
€3,100 gross – salary is increased after successfully completing the probationary period and evaluating competencies.
