You will lead a team of specialists responsible for assessing the quality of customer service in an international project.
In this position, you will work with Vinted, Europe's largest online platform for second-hand fashion.

- I led a team of quality assessors.
- You will ensure the achievement of KPIs, SLAs and quality goals.
- You will analyze results and identify improvement opportunities.
- You will conduct individual meetings and team sessions.
- You will collaborate with the client and internal partners.
- You will contribute to the development and optimization of new processes.
