Monthly salary: €2,270.00 - €3,400.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality and effective organization of work of passenger train drivers and implementation of operational goals
- Form, develop and motivate the team, promote employee involvement and development, prepare and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, carry out control trips with drivers
- Cooperate with other departments of the company and external partners, ensuring prompt response in unforeseen cases
- Organize and carry out selections of subordinate employees, ensure their training and smooth introduction to work
- Ensure good working conditions for drivers, contribute to strengthening and popularizing the prestige of the profession
- Manage existing and implement new projects related to improving the organization and conditions of work of drivers
- Analyze performance indicators (safety, punctuality, efficiency) and initiate improvement actions
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Experience in supervised work (advantage – in the field of transport, logistics or operations management)
- Excellent planning, organizing and priority management skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment (incident, unforeseen situation management)
- Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions
- Fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
