NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Team Leader, whose purpose is to organize and coordinate the work of the team, ensuring a smooth production process, execution of the production plan, compliance with the established quality, productivity and occupational safety requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Organize and coordinate the work of the painting team, ensuring the execution of production plans.
• Ensure high-quality painting processes that meet the requirements of the company and customers.
• Distribute tasks to team members and control their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire protection and environmental protection requirements.
• Promptly resolve problems arising during production, achieving efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Perform maintenance of painting equipment and coordinate its technical service.
• Cooperate with other production departments to achieve optimal work organization.
• Keep work records, prepare reports and propose process improvement solutions.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Higher or vocational education.
• Management experience (advantage - in a manufacturing company).
• Ability to organize work, solve problems and motivate a team.
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, organization.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and quality requirements.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Result-oriented and efficient.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 14.17 - 16.03 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: 2364 - 3075 €/month excluding taxes. The maximum possible salary is achieved together with paid bonuses, which depend on the results achieved and the hours actually worked.

The opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
