Tasks and responsibilities
- You will lead the Performance team in planning, implementing and optimizing campaigns through PPC;
- You will develop and implement an integrated paid advertising strategy that includes Google Ads and other potential channels such as Meta, TikTok, etc.
- You will oversee campaign creation (visuals, texts, target audiences) to ensure maximum reach and engagement;
- You will analyze campaign results, ROI and the contribution of different channels to sales, provide insights and optimization recommendations;
- You will effectively manage budgets, allocate them between channels according to performance and growth goals;
- You will develop team members, strengthen their competencies and ensure high quality of work;
- You will test new channels and innovative forms of advertising to open new sources of growth;
- You will ensure that campaigns are in line with the overall marketing strategy and customer success journey together with the Media partner.
- You will participate in meetings with current and potential clients.
Expectations for your competence
We hope that you have successful management experience and are able to lead a paid advertising/media buying team, have excellent achievements in creating and managing complex paid Google advertising strategies, managing large budgets in e-commerce or lead generation areas, have solid experience of the Google Ads platform and additional knowledge of Meta Ads; TikTok, LinkedIn or others), have strong analytical skills (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or other analytics tools); excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills; you speak and write in English.
