We expect from you
- at least 2 years of direct team management experience over the past 3 years;
- good English language skills (at least B2 level);
- ability to motivate and develop employees, provide feedback and solve operational challenges;
- experience working with performance indicators (KPI), planning goals and ensuring their implementation;
- strong work organization, planning and prioritization skills;
- analytical thinking, independence and the ability to make data-based decisions;
- initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
We will consider experience in the field of personnel selection or recruitment as an advantage, as well as experience in process improvement and change implementation.
Waiting for you
- organizing the daily work of the personnel selection team, setting priorities and distributing tasks;
- developing team members, conducting individual interviews and providing regular feedback;
- monitoring team performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results and drawing up an action plan to improve them;
- effective planning of workload and available resources;
- improving personnel selection processes and ensuring agreed work standards;
- helping the team solve complex situations and remove operational obstacles;
- close cooperation with project managers and other teams to ensure the implementation of customer needs;
- participating in the implementation of new working methods, tools and organizational changes.
