NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Team Manager, whose purpose is to ensure the efficient work of the cabinet furniture assembly team - to properly distribute tasks, supervise the workflow, ensure product quality and adherence to deadlines, and help the team constantly improve work results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Organize and coordinate the team's work, distribute tasks according to the production plan.
• Ensure that products are assembled with high quality and on time, in accordance with established standards.
• Monitor the implementation of the production plan, promptly resolve daily production challenges.
• Ensure product quality, identify discrepancies and initiate their elimination.
• Train new employees, consult the team and strengthen employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality and work order requirements.
• Initiate and implement process improvement solutions that increase team efficiency.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Ability to organize and coordinate team work and ensure a smooth production process.
• Leadership, responsibility and orientation towards results and quality.
• Ability to independently solve daily production problems and make decisions.
• Ability to read furniture drawings and understand assembly instructions.
• Good communication, cooperation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in leading a production team and knowledge of furniture production processes (an advantage).

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €14.53 - €16.03/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: 2424 - 3075 €/month excluding taxes. The maximum possible salary is achieved together with paid bonuses, which depend on the results achieved and the hours actually worked.

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
