NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Team Manager, whose purpose is to organize and coordinate the team's work, ensure a smooth, high-quality and timely product packaging process, and constantly improve the team's efficiency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Organize and coordinate the team's work, distribute tasks according to the production plan.
• Ensure that products are packaged with quality and on time, in accordance with established standards.
• Monitor the implementation of the production plan, promptly resolve daily production challenges.
• Ensure product quality, identify discrepancies and initiate their elimination.
• Train new employees, consult the team, and strengthen employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality and work order requirements.
• Initiate and implement process improvement solutions that increase team efficiency.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Ability to organize and coordinate team work and ensure a smooth production process.
• Leadership, responsibility and orientation towards results and quality.
• Ability to independently solve daily production problems and make decisions.
• Ability to read furniture drawings and understand instructions.
• Good communication, cooperation and conflict resolution skills.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 14.17 - 16.03 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 2364 - 2674 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies cumulative working time accounting.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
