Main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control the daily activities of the team, ensure a clear progress of tasks and quality of work
- Hold regular meetings with employees, resolve issues arising in the team and ensure smooth internal communication
- Analyze the performance results of subordinate employees, provide insights and suggestions for improving performance
- Develop and motivate the team, ensure a feedback culture
- Ensure customer service according to established standards and procedures
- Participate in performance and customer service improvement projects, initiate changes
- Participate in employee selection and adaptation of new team members
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Experience in supervised work (an advantage)
- Result orientation, initiative and positive attitude
- Ability to plan, organize and delegate work
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with performance indicators
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good computer skills skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills
