Commandant abroad (in Sweden)

UAB "Globalita" is a growing and dynamic company, currently looking for a commandant who would be responsible for coordinating employees and ensuring daily order during international project missions in the Netherlands. The main focus of this position is on ensuring the work order, discipline and behavior of employees during the mission, organizing and preventing sobriety control. The commandant takes care of the trust of employees when arriving at projects and seeing them off, distributing living spaces and providing them with necessary equipment and furniture.

Ensuring the work order and discipline and behavior of employees during the business trip;
Organization, supervision and prevention of employee sobriety control;
Meeting/seeing off employees arriving at the project;
Allocation of living quarters for employees and provision of premises with necessary equipment and furniture;
Providing assistance to employees on a business trip in resolving issues related to accommodation, travel to/from the workplace and other relevant issues;
Maintenance and control of vehicles operated on a business trip;
Close cooperation with project managers, foremen and persons providing/providing accommodation;
Escorting employees to medical institutions while on a business trip;
Assistance to employees with registration and entry to factories;
Regular reporting.

Has the ability to work on a business trip basis;
Has similar work experience;
Has at least basic knowledge of concreting works;
Has very good knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken);
Is able to work with MS Office programs (Word, Excel);
Is responsible, communicative, attentive, alert and self-disciplined;
Has a valid category B driver's license;
Is able to work in an international environment.

2700-2900 €/mon. net
Salary depends on experience and achievements.
