Nature of work
We invite you to join the UAB "Druskininkų Rasa" commercial team. We are looking for a responsible, diligent and proactive team member who would contribute to the coordination of daily sales activities, communication with customers and ensuring smooth processes. If you like analytical work, value order and want to grow in the FMCG sector - we are waiting for you.
- Preparation and analysis of sales reports;
- Preparation and coordination of commercial offers with customers;
- Contract administration and documentation maintenance;
- Entering orders and stocks into the Axapta system;
- Daily communication with customers and prompt resolution of issues;
- Assisting the commercial team in carrying out daily tasks;
- Cooperation with production, logistics and other company departments.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (in economics, management or similar field) or final year studies;
- Good skills in working with MS Excel and MS Word;
- Ability to manage many tasks at the same time;
- Experience in the FMCG sector or in sales administration would be an advantage;
- Analytical thinking;
- Diligence, attentiveness, independence and result orientation;
- Communication and good problem-solving skills;
- Basic knowledge of English (mainly for written communication).
