- Development and implementation of the company's commercial and business development strategy (foreign and local markets).
- Sustainable development of commercial activities, setting long-term and short-term goals for the team, task formation and control, team development and motivation, process efficiency.
- Initiation and implementation control of commercial activity projects, preparation and coordination of business plans, strategic pricing management.
- Analysis of existing and potential customer needs.
- Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators and market dynamics, providing insights and suggestions for new services and operating principles.
- Planning and implementation of sales goals.
- Development and implementation of patient attraction strategies;
- Development and development of a network of partners, agents and intermediaries;
- Development of cooperation with foreign health insurance funds and institutions.
- Effective and targeted provision of the company's material and financial resources.
Employee requirements
Requirements:
- Sales experience (medical or service sector, foreign markets - an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of English (required);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
