Nature of work:
- Analysis of received tender materials and technical documentation.
- Preparation of project estimates based on primary information and technical requirements.
- Search for suppliers and subcontractors, conducting negotiations, coordinating contracts.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of civil engineering (final year students are also welcome).
- Experience in similar work is a great advantage.
- Ability to read and analyze projects, technical documentation, and prepare estimates.
- Ability to work with MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD.
- Logical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility and independence.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
