We are looking for a systematic, independent and commercially minded team coordinator who will help connect marketing, B2C and B2B sales, content, advertising and product launches into a clear sales growth system.
This position requires the ability to plan work, coordinate a small internal team and external specialists, analyze sales results and ensure that marketing and sales actions directly contribute to turnover and profit growth.

1. Marketing Campaigns and Sales Actions
- Creation and implementation of campaigns, promotions and communication plans.
- Preparation of sales messages, offers and email campaigns.
- Ensuring that marketing actions contribute to sales growth.
2. Product Launches and Projects
- Product selection and launch planning from A to Z.
- Preparation of content, advertising, emails, design and B2B offers.
- Coordination of various marketing, branding and sales projects.
- Analysis of launch and project results.
3. Brand communication and content
- Formation of social media content priorities and communication directions.
- Cooperation with social media people, ambassadors and affiliate partners.
- Coordination of photo shoots, video content, events or other brand visibility actions.
- Ensuring that communication meets the direction of the premium brand.
4. Working with specialists and partners
- Formulating tasks for Meta ads, design, video, IT and other specialists.
- Monitoring priorities, deadlines and results.
- Coordinating the necessary information, materials and tools for projects.
5. B2B sales support
- Cooperation with the B2B sales person.
- Assistance in preparing offers, campaigns and communication for partners.
- Monitoring the B2B process: leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups.
6. Results analysis
- Monitoring the results of B2C and B2B sales, campaigns and advertising.
- Providing clear conclusions and proposals on how to increase turnover and profitable growth.
Employee requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, commerce or sales.
- Broad marketing awareness – understanding of Meta ads, email marketing, content, campaigns and sales channels.
- Commercial thinking – ability to link marketing actions to sales growth.
- Project management skills – ability to manage campaigns, launches, photo shoots, events or other projects from start to finish.
- Analytical thinking – ability to evaluate sales, ROAS, CPA, campaign results and draw conclusions.
- Good sense of aesthetics – understanding of premium brand communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Advantage: experience in beauty / cosmetics, B2B, international markets or working with a growing e-commerce brand.
