NT Kartu is a growing real estate development and construction project company implementing residential projects. We are expanding our team and are looking for a strong, analytical and proactive person who would take responsibility for project procurement, pricing, supplier and subcontractor selection, and estimate control.
Nature of work
Your main goal is to ensure that our projects are implemented at the best possible price, quality and deadline, constantly searching for more efficient and profitable solutions.
You will be responsible for:
●Organization of procurement of construction materials, equipment and services;
●Search for suppliers and creation of a network of long-term partners;
●Preparation and organization of requests for suppliers and subcontractors;
●Analysis and comparison of received offers;
●Negotiation of prices, payment terms, terms and other commercial conditions;
●Search for subcontractors, selection and evaluation of offers;
●Market analysis of prices for works, materials and services;
●Preparation, verification and optimization of project estimates;
●Analysis of project documentation and drawings, assessment of required quantities and scope of work;
●Comparison of project budget with actually received offers;
●Search for opportunities to reduce project costs and increase profitability;
