What tasks will be in your hands?
- You will ensure that business-critical data is reliable, easily accessible and useful for daily decisions.
- You will ensure that our product data is accurate, complete and constantly updated.
- I will cooperate with suppliers to ensure that the necessary sustainability data is provided on time and meets the established requirements.
- You will create, maintain and update product cards in ERP and other business systems.
- You will analyze and provide insights, reports on the sustainability and sales indicators of our products - coffee, food.
- You will check the quality of data, identify discrepancies and look for their causes.
- I will cooperate closely with product category managers and other colleagues.
- You will contribute to the development and improvement of product and sustainability data management processes.
- I participated in international projects aimed at efficient and automated data submission and consolidation.
- Looking for ways to make processes more efficient through automation and artificial intelligence solutions.
What do we expect from you:
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and data.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to notice discrepancies.
- Diligence and responsibility for data quality.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Experience using AI.
- Good written and oral English.
- Initiative and desire to understand how business processes work.
- Management experience in the retail, catering or service sector;
- Ability to organize work and manage several processes simultaneously;
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for results;
- Leadership, initiative and positive attitude;
- Ability to motivate, inspire and grow a team;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance indicators;
- Category B driver's license (an advantage).
