Your responsibilities
- Active search for construction tenders and analysis of business opportunities;
- Analysis of construction market trends, competitive environment and customer needs;
- Comprehensive sales process management: from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Evaluation and analysis of tender documentation;
- Professional representation of the company in negotiations with customers;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
What do we expect from you:
- Project management and/or sales experience in the construction industry;
- Excellent knowledge of construction legislation;
- Strategic thinking, initiative and ability to see business opportunities;
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in decision-making;
- Ability to work in a team, while taking responsibility for personal results;
- The mindset of a negotiation professional – someone who is able to manage the situation and achieve the best result.
