We are looking for a team member to help our management and commercial teams with daily purchasing, ordering and logistics processes.
In this position, it is important for us not only to perform tasks accurately, but also to find solutions. If information is missing, find and systematize it.

What will need to be done?
- Form and send orders to Lithuanian and foreign suppliers.
- Check suppliers' product balances, prices, production and delivery terms.
- If the supplier does not have the required product, actively search for alternative products or other supply options.
- Communicate with suppliers, track order fulfillment and delivery terms.
- Create and maintain product cards in the system: enter logistics data, packaging information, codes and other necessary information.
- Administer logistics information, orders and documentation related to retail chains.
- Supervise special orders from inquiry to product arrival.
- Track missing and delayed products, promptly transfer information to management.
- Administer supplier price lists and price changes.
- Help resolve daily issues between sales, purchasing, warehouse and suppliers.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
What do we expect?
- Very good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Diligence and attention to detail – codes, quantities, prices and deadlines are important in this position.
- Initiative: when a problem arises, we expect not only to name it, but also to look for a possible solution.
- Ability to systematize information and follow agreed processes.
- Good Excel skills - an advantage
- Good knowledge of English - a large part of communication takes place with foreign suppliers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both colleagues and partners.
- Experience in procurement, supply, logistics or sales administration would be an advantage.
