We are looking for a dedicated and organized colleague to take care of the daily administration of orders, invoicing and logistics coordination. The main goal of this position is to ensure that orders are processed smoothly, documents are prepared accurately and goods are shipped on time.
Nature of work
- Issuing sales invoices and processing related documents.
- Order administration and control of their execution.
- Communication with the warehouse, transferring orders and coordinating the terms of preparation and shipment of goods.
- Ordering transport, organizing logistics and monitoring deliveries.
- Daily cooperation with sales managers on issues of orders, product balances and delivery.
- Clarification and resolution of discrepancies in orders, invoices and delivery.
- Contribution to the improvement of work processes.
We hope you:
- Experience in order administration, invoicing, logistics coordination or similar tasks.
- Attention to numbers and documents, responsibility and ability to complete tasks started.
- Ability to plan workflow, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Smooth communication and ability to collaborate with colleagues and partners.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to perform daily tasks and evaluate the accuracy of their results.
