We are looking for a commercial project manager who will report directly to the commercial manager and coordinate projects that combine sales, marketing, IT, customer service and sports club teams.
In this position, not only smooth project coordination is important, but also the ability to identify directions for process improvement, initiate solutions, test them and successfully implement them in the organization.

In this position, not only smooth project coordination is important, but also the ability to identify directions for process improvement, initiate solutions, test them and successfully implement them in the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of commercial projects from ideation and testing to implementation and monitoring of results.
- Management of new product and service launches.
- Optimization of sports club membership renewal, free trials, event sales, membership termination and customer recovery processes, testing of offers and analysis of results.
- Implementation of AI solutions together with the customer service team, description and standardization of commercial processes.
- Coordination of the implementation of pricing solutions.
- Implementation of club defense plans when competitors open nearby.
- Management of CRM, email automation, recommendation programs and other systemic projects and coordination of agency work.
- Coordination of project priorities, deadlines and responsibilities, monitoring of results and preparation of periodic reports.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for an proactive, result-oriented person who is able to independently manage projects and effectively collaborate with different teams. This position requires:
- At least 3 years of project management experience working with IT, marketing and customer service teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Analytical thinking – the ability to work with data, identify trends and draw informed conclusions.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Practical skills in using AI tools for daily tasks, reports and process descriptions.
- Excellent oral and written Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Category B driver's license and willingness to attend company clubs as needed.
- Experience working with CRM, sales processes, automation or conversion optimization is an advantage.
