Your responsibilities:
- assistance to agronomists-consultants: timely conclusion of orders, contracts in the AgroSmart program, formation of cargo voyages, submission of reports on payments, sending invoices and other delegated work;
- direct communication with clients;
- work with the Agrosmart program: updating the customer database, collecting and entering the necessary documents, updating existing client contacts, renewing the validity of plant protection certificates, raising crop declarations, submitting other documentation;
- work with the document management system DVS;
- administration of assigned e-mails;
- cooperation with the accounting department and assistance to the marketing department during events.
Great if you:
- have a higher education;
- are result-oriented, responsible and proactive;
- are able to communicate fluently, solve problems, work independently and in a team;
- have good time planning skills;
- know the rules of document preparation, presentation, and clerical work;
- have information management, systematization, generalization and conclusion preparation skills;
- are excellent at working with a computer (especially Microsoft Excel);
- know English.
