Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Commercial Department Manager to the Artea Lizingas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will consult business partners on issues of concluding consumer credit and goods leasing agreements by phone and e-mail.
- You will help partners use the online customer service system (LPS), consult on logins and system usage.
- You will answer partners’ inquiries and help solve everyday issues.
- You will administer partner data in information systems and ensure their accuracy.
- You will prepare and administer contracts with business partners and their amendments.
- You will oversee the financing conditions applied to partners and their administration in the systems.
- You will prepare commercial offers, reports and other information related to partners.
- I will calculate and administer commissions payable to partners.
- I will cooperate with other departments of the Company to ensure the smooth execution of processes.
- You will contribute to the analysis of sales activities and monitoring of results.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education.
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, sales or partner administration.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
- Diligence, responsibility and result orientation.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
