- Assistance to the sales manager in daily processes
- Entering orders into the system, checking and coordinating them
- Communication with customers: sending letters, providing information, administering requests
- Entering and updating information on product balances, prices and assortment
- Preparing documents (commercial offers, contracts, order forms)
- Cooperation with the warehouse and logistics partners
- Assistance in organizing promotions, presentations and other commercial projects
Employee requirements
- Experience in administration, commerce or sales (an advantage in the FMCG sector)
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Ability to work with data accurately and quickly
- Clear, professional communication and customer orientation
- Responsibility, organization, ability to work independently
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
