As the company grows, we are inviting a Commercial Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the development of sales and purchases of contracting services, management of commercial processes and creation of long-term business relationships.
Main tasks and tasks:

- To form and implement a strategy for sales and purchases of contracting services, ensuring the achievement of the company's growth and profitability goals.
- To actively search for new customers, contracting projects and business opportunities, prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations until the signing of contracts.
- To organize and coordinate the selection and procurement processes of subcontractors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring competitive prices and favorable contractual terms.
- To manage the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders and public procurement documentation and coordination of participation in the processes.
- To analyze market trends, competitive environment and pricing, to provide proposals on the efficiency and development directions of commercial activities.
- Ensure control of contract profitability, risks and settlement terms, in collaboration with project, finance and legal teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, subcontractors and suppliers, representing the company in negotiations and meetings.
- Cooperate with project management, estimates, technical and administration teams to ensure smooth implementation of commercial solutions.
- Prepare commercial reports, sales forecasts, procurement analysis and provide management with suggestions for improving performance.
- Ensure that sales and procurement activities comply with the company's internal procedures, contractual obligations and applicable legislation, including public procurement practices, where applicable.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in business management, economics, civil engineering or another related field.
- At least 3-5 years of successful work experience in the field of commerce, sales, procurement or business development, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management and commercial decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze the market, evaluate offers, manage pricing and work with commercial and procurement documents
- Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with CRM, ERP or procurement systems is an advantage; knowledge of English is an advantage.
