THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- A leadership position in one of the most significant Lithuanian book retail chains – “Pegasus”, which belongs to one of the largest book publishing and trading groups in the Baltic States. This is an opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of the entire organization, develop a wide range and contribute to further business growth.
- An already established, systematic commercial function – clear processes, transparency and a strong team that can be further developed and strengthened.
- 4000–6000 EUR gross salary (depending on competence and experience) + quarterly bonuses.
- Direct influence on the result – the opportunity to actually create new categories and commercial directions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Form and develop the assortment – predict market trends, search for new categories and product directions.
- Create commercial direction, plan seasonal campaigns and make strategic pricing decisions.
- Lead a team of category managers, ensuring high operational efficiency and team synergy.
- Analyze sales results, category efficiency and consumer behavior, make data-based commercial decisions.
- Continue and strengthen the already established commercial system, processes and transparency.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce teams and category managers.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Strong commercial/retail experience – understanding of category management, assortment formation, pricing and sales logic.
- Omnichannel experience.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers and predict market trends.
- Ownership and responsibility for results, ability to collaborate in a team.
- Involved leadership style and experience – ability to understand operational reality and, when necessary, get involved in daily issues and deputize for the team.
