Nature of work
Daily communication with wholesale customers (pharmacy chains) and development of strategic relationships;
Working with the largest pharmacy and retail chains: coordination of assortment, pricing, promotions and commercial offers and agreements, conducting negotiations;
Implementing commercial strategy and providing proposals for business growth;
Planning sales goals and ensuring their implementation;
Analyzing sales, market and customer data, providing reports and recommendations for solutions;
Monitoring product pricing, monitoring the competitive environment and analyzing market trends;
Cooperating with marketing, supply, logistics and product development teams to achieve common business goals;
Coordination of the activities of the commercial team, setting priorities, developing and ensuring results.

Employee requirements
Higher education (preferably in economics, management or a similar field);
At least 3 years of experience working as a Key Account Manager, commercial or sales manager;
Excellent Excel skills;
Fluent Lithuanian (oral and written), excellent English skills;
Ability to quickly navigate, thoroughness and attention to detail;
Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data;
Responsibility, positive attitude and desire to improve;
Experience working with pharmacy chains would be an advantage.
