Commerce Manager

We are one of the poultry companies in Lithuania with many years of experience, focused on quality, reliability and long-term cooperation with customers. We are currently looking for an proactive, responsible and results-oriented Commercial Manager who would contribute to the company's sales development, strategic customer management and commercial process improvement.

Plan and implement sales and ensure the achievement of planned sales goals.
Analyze sales results, prepare reports and submit proposals to the manager.
Maintain and develop long-term cooperative relationships with the country's largest retail chains and other business clients.
Conduct negotiations with existing and potential clients.
Prepare commercial offers, pricing proposals, contracts and other commercial documents.
Cooperate with the production department on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders.
Prepare GPAIS and other reports provided for in legal acts.
Administer customer orders, coordinate their execution and resolve emerging issues.
Constantly cooperate with company managers and seek the best solutions.
Cooperate with subordinates, distribute tasks.

You have a higher education (in business management, economics, trade or similar field).
You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of commerce, sales or customer management.
You have experience in cooperating with retail chains (an advantage).
You are able to analyze data, plan activities and make decisions.
You have excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
You speak English fluently.
You are excellent at working with a computer (MS Office, Excel).
You have a category B driver's license.
