BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

coordination and supervision of the activities of sales, purchasing and technical repair departments;
setting of departmental activity goals, monitoring of results and ensuring responsibility for their implementation;
development of the heavy equipment rental business direction and sales growth;
development of the service rental/sales direction and search for new business opportunities;
analysis of the rental market, customer needs and competitive environment;
supervision of the procurement process: supplier search, selection, negotiations, price and commercial terms assessment;
supervision of the activities of the technical repair department, control of the efficiency of repair processes and work completion deadlines;
analysis of commercial activity results, preparation of reports and initiation of activity improvement decisions;
standardization and optimization of processes in order to increase the efficiency and profitability of the company's activities.

you have management or commercial management experience in the field of equipment rental;
you are able to manage several departments and ensure smooth cooperation between them;
you have acquired strong managerial, negotiation and communication skills;
you have analytical and strategic thinking, you are able to see not only the processes of individual departments, but also the entire company and their interconnections;
you are focused on results, efficiency and profitability.
