Adventica Group is an international family entertainment group operating parks in five European countries. We are currently strengthening the group's commercial function and are looking for a manager to join the management team and be responsible for sustainable growth in visitor flows, bookings and commercial revenue across all markets.
Your mission
Ensure sustainable growth in visitor traffic, inquiries, reservations and commercial revenue potential by developing marketing, sales channels, partnerships and customer activation solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the commercial strategy of the Adventica group.
- Ensure the growth of visitor flows, reservations and revenues in five markets.
- Lead the marketing team and coordinate the activities of external partners.
- Develop B2B sales directions, group visits, schools, kindergartens, camps and corporate events segments.
- Create and improve commercial offers, products and pricing initiatives.
- Initiate new products, membership models, seasonal offers and other revenue growth solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships and new customer acquisition channels.
- Analyze market, customer and commercial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Actively participate in the group management team in making strategic business decisions.
We hope you:
- You have at least 5 years of management experience in the field of commerce, marketing, sales or business development.
- You have achieved tangible business growth results.
- You are able to link marketing activities with real sales and financial results.
- You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- You have experience in B2C, services, hospitality, retail, entertainment or other customer flow-based business.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- Knowledge of German, Latvian, Romanian, Slovak or Russian would be considered an advantage.
