Nature of work
- Organization and implementation of purchase and sales processes;
- Formation and development of the range of assigned brands and categories, turnover analysis;
- Analysis of product category sales results, market trends and competitors;
- Fulfillment of sales and profit goals set by the company;
- Initiation, execution, analysis of sales promotion campaigns;
- Visiting points of sale, constant communication and maintaining relations with store personnel.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (preferably in the field of commerce or management);
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of commerce or trade;
- Good computer skills (MC Office package), experience with data analysis tools (knowledge of the NAVISION program would be an advantage);
- Initiative, desire to improve, achieving the set goal, responsibility, analytical thinking;
- Interest in perfumery and cosmetics innovations;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Driver's license.
