UAB "Dzūkija" is a family confectionery company operating since 1965, nurturing long-standing Lithuanian confectionery traditions and combining them with modern production technologies. We specialize in the production of various types of cookies and traditional Lithuanian šakočiai. Our products are valued in the Lithuanian market and are finding their place in foreign countries.

Therefore, we invite a motivated and experienced commercial manager to join the team, ready to seek new business opportunities, develop long-term relationships with customers and contribute to the further growth of the company.

Nature of work:
- Searching for new customers and business partners in Lithuania and abroad.
- Maintaining existing customers, maintaining relationships and developing sales.
- Negotiating with retail chains, distributors and other B2B customers.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Managing pricing, commercial offers and contracts.
- Forecasting and planning sales, promotions and orders.
- Analysis of sales results, margins and profitability.
- Organizing the work of the commercial team and controlling results.
- Participating in business meetings, exhibitions and business trips.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or commercial management.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a great advantage.
- Experience working with large retail chains is a great advantage.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate one's own and team's work.
- Analytical thinking, initiative and result orientation.
- Ability to travel.
