Commercial manager

We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager who would take the lead in developing the company's commercial activities, strengthening relationships with customers and looking for new business opportunities.

✅Formation and implementation of commercial strategy
✅Sales, margin and profitability planning and control
✅Sales pricing formation
✅Sales forecast management
✅Review / control of ongoing purchases
✅Control of supplier conditions: prices, payment terms, delivery terms, guarantees
✅Search for new suppliers
✅Negotiations with suppliers / buyers, search for the best price
✅Search for new products, manufacturers and business directions
✅Sales execution, calculation, final estimates and submission to customers
✅Search for technical solutions
✅Maintaining constant communication with customers and suppliers
✅Management of inventory turnover and warehouse balances.

✅Higher (non-)university education (engineering education - an advantage)
✅Knowledge of building engineering systems (HVAC, E, PVA, GSS, AS, ER)
✅Independence, organization, analytical thinking, communication skills, ability to make decisions
✅At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
✅High level of computer literacy
✅Result-oriented
✅Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian - an advantage
✅Communication skills
✅Good negotiation skills.
