Nature of work
- Working with the Odoo business management system: data entry, information administration and control;
- Monitoring and coordinating public procurement and tender requests - selecting relevant information and transferring it to responsible managers;
- Assisting the commercial manager and sales team with daily organizational and administrative issues;
- Other tasks that help ensure the smooth operation of the commercial department.
What do we expect from you:
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes (experience with the Odoo system is an advantage);
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and not miss important deadlines;
- Initiative - the ability not only to wait for a task, but also to notice what needs to be done;
- Good communication and information coordination skills;
- Proper written and oral Lithuanian.
