Nature of work:
- Communication with existing customers, clarification of their needs and continuous support of cooperation.
- Collection of cargo orders from customers, verification of cargo information and coordination of orders.
- Entry of cargo data into the company's system and administration of orders.
- Coordination and control of transportation - monitoring of deadlines, delivery progress and other agreed conditions.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience in the field of logistics or transport.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, at least B2 level.
- Result-oriented and able to take responsibility for the entire process - from receiving an order to completing the transport and paying for it.
- Initiative, promptness and ability to solve problems.
