Job Description and Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible, organized and commercially minded manager who would be responsible for working with B2B customers, order administration and smooth coordination of commercial processes in a manufacturing company.
This position is intended for someone who is able to professionally communicate with customers, administer larger orders, understand the logic of production processes and carefully perform technical and administrative work related to orders.

Main responsibilities:
- Working with existing B2B customers and administering new customer inquiries;
- Receiving, administering and coordinating customer orders;
- Clarifying customer needs, managing inquiries, preparing commercial offers;
- Supervising order execution from customer inquiry to production shipment;
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth order implementation;
- Informing customers about the progress of orders, deadlines and possible changes;
- Preparing / administering invoices, accompanying documents, export and VET documentation;
- Preparing reports and other administrative work related to customers, orders and production.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with B2B clients, order administration or coordination of commercial processes;
- Ability to communicate professionally with business clients;
- Organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;
- Responsible attitude to deadlines, documents and details;
- Ability to understand production processes or willingness to learn them quickly;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Diligence, independence and initiative;
- Ability to work in a team and solve everyday situations;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in the manufacturing, export or food industry sector would be a great advantage.

UAB KINTAI is a fish farming and processing company operating for over 30 years, located near Kintai, on the Minija River (18 km - Šilutė, 45 km - Klaipėda). We grow carp, crucian carp, sturgeon in 600 ha of ponds, and African catfish in a closed system.
In a modern fish processing plant, we carry out primary fish processing, smoking and salting. The KINTAI product range is dominated by our own grown fish, but we also process a wide range of other fish and seafood, ensuring a wide selection of products.
Our products are sold by large Baltic retail chains - Maxima, Iki, Rimi, Lidl, PROMO Cash&Carry, as well as small traders, and we export part of our production abroad.
