Your responsibilities:
- Raw material procurement: supplier search, selection, negotiation of prices and terms of cooperation, ensuring competitive supply of raw materials.
- Assortment development: development of culinary, confectionery and other prepared food product assortment, taking into account market trends, customer needs and sales results.
- Product development: initiation of new products and coordination of their development, in cooperation with production, technology and other teams.
- Cost and profitability management: analysis of product cost, pricing formation, profitability assessment and search for optimization opportunities.
- Sales analysis: monitoring of assortment results, assessment of product efficiency and initiation of solutions for sales growth.
We hope you:
- Have work experience in the food production, HoReCa or retail sector.
- Knowledge of food raw material purchasing and assortment management processes.
- Able to negotiate with suppliers, analyze prices and make economically sound decisions.
- Have analytical thinking, able to work with numbers and data.
- You are proactive, independent, result-oriented and able to cooperate with different teams.
- Have energy, enthusiasm and desire not only to do the job, but also to create, search, discover and enjoy the results.
