DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing custom brands and building strong partnerships with brand representatives
- Ordering goods
- Sales planning, achieving sales goals by analyzing sales indicators and finding ways to increase sales
- Continuous monitoring of the market and competitive environment
- Communication with store teams in the Baltics to ensure the implementation of sales plans
- Participation in trainings, international exhibitions
ABOUT YOU
- At least 1 year. similar work experience (experience working with cosmetic products would be an advantage)
- Strong Ms Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English. written and spoken (the ability to additionally communicate in Russian/Latvian/Estonian would be a big advantage)
- Quick orientation, flexibility, initiative, organizational skills, attention to details
- Constant interest in beauty and fashion news, inclination towards art and aesthetics
- Category B driver's license
