In this team, you:
- will be responsible for managing your assigned suppliers and brands, creating a development strategy, and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers (working with cosmetics and groceries);
- will form a product range, participate in negotiations with suppliers on the terms of purchase, delivery and representation of goods;
- will draw up annual purchasing, sales and marketing plans, supervise and control their implementation;
- You will coordinate the annual advertising budget with suppliers, ensure its implementation and control;
- You will search for new suppliers in order to expand the existing range;
- You will constantly monitor the market and demand for goods, conduct an analysis of the competitive environment and provide conclusions and suggestions to strengthen the competitive position;
- You will visit suppliers, participate in their training courses and international exhibitions.
We hope you:
- have successful work experience in the field of purchasing goods;
- have a very good command of English (we would consider the ability to communicate in other foreign languages an advantage);
- have excellent communication, analytical thinking and negotiation skills, are able to analyze and systematize information;
- are flexible, proactive, organized and attentive to details.
