We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to join our team, whose main focus will be on developing a commercial strategy, developing the B2B direction and building long-term relationships.

This is a position for someone who is interested not only in executing, but also in shaping: analyzing the market, identifying growth opportunities and turning them into concrete business results. Here you will have space for independence, decision-making and direct influence on the development of services. If this role is close to your experience and ambitions - we invite you to talk.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the market and competitive environment and providing insights into service development and pricing;
  • Introducing new services and increasing the awareness of specialists;
  • Forming, calculating and updating service pricing in information systems;
  • Monitoring sales results, preparing reports and providing suggestions for improving performance;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with doctors and medical institutions;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team in developing the service portfolio and creating new offers;
  • Searching for new B2B clients and partners, developing sales channels, conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers and concluding contracts;
  • Representing the company at business meetings, events and conferences.

We hope you:

  • You have a higher education (an advantage is economics, management, business administration or similar fields);
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales (an advantage is experience in the health, medical, pharmaceutical or service sectors);
  • You are able to work with both customers and data - from building relationships to analytical insights;
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • You are independent, proactive and result-oriented;
  • You have a category B driver's license.
